Not for Crisis Situations

If you or your child is experiencing an emergency or crisis of a medical, mental health, or safety-related nature, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. You may also contact the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by dialing or texting 988.

For children and adolescents, if there are immediate concerns about safety, significant behavioral escalation, or risk of harm to self or others, caregivers are advised to seek emergency services or attend the nearest emergency department without delay.

This practice does not provide emergency or crisis services, and e-mails are not monitored continuously. If urgent support is needed, do not wait for a response and seek immediate assistance.
