Find the Right Group Therapy for You
Our group therapy programs are led by licensed psychologists and thoughtfully designed for different age groups and areas of focus. We provide a supportive, evidence-based environment where participants can build skills, strengthen connections, and work toward meaningful personal growth.

Facilitator: Licensed psychologists
Format: Virtual and/or In-Person
Cost: $100.00 per session
Program: Most groups consist of 8 weekly sessions. The Supportive Group is offered as a one-time session. Program fees apply regardless of attendance.
Notes: The Supportive Group is offered as a flexible drop-in program, allowing participants to attend as many sessions as they wish. While each session provides meaningful support, many of the deeper benefits of group therapy, including stronger connections, greater group cohesion, and deeper interpersonal work, typically develop through ongoing participation.
