Our Approach

Turning Strategies Into Everyday Habits

Coaching focuses on practical strategies that can be applied in everyday life. Rather than simply telling clients to “be more organized,” sessions help identify specific areas of difficulty, develop workable systems and routines, and practice using them consistently.

Strategies may be applied to school, college, work, or everyday responsibilities depending on the client’s age and goals.

Who Can Benefit?

Who Can Benefit?

Executive Functioning Coaching may be helpful for children, adolescents, college students, and young adults who have difficulty staying organized, managing responsibilities, getting started, following through, managing their time, or working independently.

Coaching may also be helpful for individuals with ADHD, learning differences, or executive functioning difficulties, although a diagnosis is not required.

From Assessment to Support

Coaching can help put assessment recommendations into practice, and it is also available on its own. A psychological assessment is not required.

Fees & Insurance

Fees & Insurance

Private-pay services

Academics and Executive Functioning Coaching are private-pay educational/coaching services and are not billed to health insurance. Because these services are educational rather than medical or psychotherapy services, they are generally not covered by health insurance plans.

HSA / FSA

In some circumstances, educational services related to a documented learning disability may qualify for payment or reimbursement through an HSA or FSA. Eligibility varies, and families should confirm directly with their plan administrator. Ready Psych Go cannot guarantee reimbursement.
