Notes: The Supportive Group, as a drop-in option, offers flexibility and allows participants to attend as many sessions as they like. However, it is important to remember that while each session provides an introduction to group therapy, it may not include the full benefits of a longer-term group. Over consistent sessions, these benefits can include deeper interpersonal work, stronger group cohesion, and closer relationships with other group members. Participants are welcome to attend multiple drop-in sessions to gradually experience these benefits.
